50 years ago maldives found scout association but the thing is in this 50 years we can't get more than 10000 scouts. So we have to see why puplic is not intrested.We also have to find ways that puplic will intrest to scout the thing i know is some time the scout leaders are not so good and they are not intrest to scout.
